We are delighted that you are booking or have booked a trip with Two Tyred Tours and we are very much looking forward to the trip start and meeting you.

In order that we can provide the best possible service on your trip, we require some information from you and would be grateful if you could complete the form below and return it to us by clicking "submit."

Prior to filling in the questionnaire, please have your passport and Covid-19 Vaccination info handy.

Our request for personal information has been kept to a minimum and will be used solely for the purposes of your cycle trip. We will only disclose this information to Third Parties if required as part of the trip arrangements. Two Tyred Tours SARL will not disclose your information to any other Third Parties without your explicit consent. All personal data will be stored securely. You have the right to see any of your personal information that we hold.

Your passport CANNOT expire within 6 months AFTER the start date of your bike trip with TTT. If you are flying to Europe, you may be refused boarding and your lovely bike vacation is in jeopardy. This is definitely not an ideal situation and a quick-fix does not exist at your departure airport.

Even if you want the same bike as your last trip, we cannot guarantee that you will get that specific bike. So, please provide us with this info.

Navigation. Since 2019 all of our riders have used the Ride with GPS App on their phone for navigation. It is easy to use, understand and does not use your data.

A VERY good idea on most HILLY and EXPERT Trips. Not really necessary in Burgundy and Provence, unless you want to ride solo, ride more or ride faster than the core group.

By submitting this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while travelling. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and possible death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with Two Tyred Tours Sarl. As travel opens around the world, all destinations, airports, air carriers, hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, car rental companies, shops and excursions have established COVID-19 safety measures and precautions which may change from day to day. These safety measures may include, but are not limited to: curfews, attraction closings and reduced hours, size of group gatherings, social distancing requirements, health screenings, self-quarantine requirements and COVID test results. By signing this agreement, I accept ultimate responsibility for myself and my traveling party to have all the necessary provisions for travel (such as COVID test results, pre-travel questionnaires, etc.) Moreover, I understand that I should assume responsibility for the necessary documents (such as COVID test results, pre-travel questionnaires, etc.) considering COVID-19, in order to travel to my specific destination.
